Clarvyn charges a setup fee once, then a rate per student each term. Every module and every staff account is included.

A one-time setup fee
Paid once, when your school is set up. It covers importing the roll you already have, configuring your classes and terms, and training your staff.
Each term
Then a rate per student, per term
You pay for the students you actually have. Enrolment falls, the bill falls. Every module is included, and there is no higher tier that unlocks attendance or fees.
Included
Everything the console does.
There is no tier above this one. Every school gets all of it.

Questions we get asked.
- Is every module included?
- Yes. Attendance, fees, results, the kitchen, photographs and the importer all come with the product. There is no higher tier that unlocks part of it.
- Do we pay for staff accounts?
- No. Add as many teachers, bursars and office staff as the school needs. The charge follows enrolled students, not seats.
- Do parents pay anything?
- No. Clarvyn is free to every parent at a school using it, however many of them there are.
- Are the teacher app and the parent app extra?
- No. Both come with the console, for every school.
- Does Clarvyn have a parent app?
- Yes. Parents sign in with their phone number to see attendance, fees, work, photos and the gate record, in any phone's browser today. The Android app follows. It is free to every parent at a Clarvyn school.
- How does a school get started?
- Fill in the Get started form. A person at Clarvyn checks every request and emails you within a working day; once approved, you set your password and your school is ready. A group of schools gets one login for all of them.
- What happens if enrolment falls?
- The bill falls with it. You are billed for the students actually enrolled that term, so a smaller intake costs less.
- Can we bring the roll we already have?
- Yes, from a spreadsheet. The importer does a dry run first and tells you which rows it could not match before anything is written.
- Is there a contract to escape?
- No lock-in. If you leave, ask for your export before the school is closed: removing a school deletes its records and cannot be undone.

The rate depends on your size, and larger and multi-campus schools are quoted separately. Tell us roughly how many students you have and we will give you the figure on the call.
