Roam Labs operates Clarvyn. This notice explains what we do with personal data.

What we collect
For staff and parents: name, phone number, email address where given, and the school they belong to. For students: name, date of birth, class, attendance, results, fee records and any photographs the school chooses to upload. We collect this because a school cannot be administered without it.
Children’s data
Records about children are entered by the school, and the school decides who may see them. A parent sees their own children. A teacher sees the classes they teach. We do not use children’s data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it.
Who can see it
Each school’s data is stored separately from every other school’s and is visible only to that school’s staff and its parents. Roam Labs staff access a school’s data only to operate or support the service, and that access is recorded.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where the school is the data controller we will pass your request to them and support it.
